Today the Lord and I got rid of a lot of old music that reminds me of my not so bright past at the suggestion of a very close friend, my wife. When Jesus first touched my heart in 1992 the desire for very dark music fell off of me. Since then, like the fool that I can be I have revisited my past by downloading a lot of that music on to our computer. It changes me when I listen to this music. Getting rid of it this time feels like I'm saying goodbye to an old sick friend who will never ever get better. Its never easy to say goodbye but here it goes------goodbye old friends. It was very brave of you. I think it was a VERY major step. It also is extremely romantic. I am fluttering my eyelashes right now.
